The interview went by really smoothly. I was interviewed by a mechanical engineer in their Tennessee office that's been with them for a long time. He asked around 4-5 behavioral questions that were easy to answer. No technical questions. Before the interview, HR sent a "guide" on how to answer these behavioral questions with examples of the type of question they would ask. They emphasize using the STAR method.

There will be three interview round: Phone interview, interview with manager, panel interview. They are quick in responding back. Queation are mostly STAR based. If you have good experience on school project and internship you should be good.
