I had nothing but a positive experience with Trane. My interviewer on the final round was personable, friendly, and was in my field. A video submission was required for the first round, and the final round was a video call interview.

I applied to Trane through my college placement drive. Only a few students were shortlisted for interviews — some faced technical questions while others were asked only HR-related questions. Surprisingly, only the candidates who had HR rounds were selected, which made the process feel inconsistent and not a fair evaluation of everyone’s skills. The experience could have been more transparent and balanced
