There was a short phone interview where main bullet points on resume were discussed. I had about three questions to ask the interviewer on the phone. Phone interview was done spur of the moment, he just asked if I had a few minutes to talk in an email, and I called back and it took about 20 minutes. Then I got a call about a week later to come out to the site where three other engineers interviewed me. They each had about three questions to ask, about one each had to do with something on my resume. I got a plant tour also.

It was very straightforward and to the point. Basically, are you who your resume says you are? This is where embellishments might take a toll on your process if you cannot thoroughly speak about your past experiences and positions.

Attended an on campus career fair and was invited to interview the following day. Standard interview mainly consisting of behavioral questions. There were two individuals that interviewed me, the individual from the career fair and an engineer within the company.

Entrevista
One 15-min phone interview and one 30-min interview (supposed to be in person, but mine wound up being a second phone interview), both with HR. It took a very long time for Ingersoll Rand to get back to me after each interview.
