Hiring process was fairly straightforward and timely. Interviewed with two of the managers from the natural gas department. Interview lasted about an hour and was very simple. Basic small talk in the beginning, resume walk through, hit on a few past working experiences, and educational experiences, and ended with goals and questions. Both managers were very easy to talk to and not intimidating. Throughout the interview a lot of small talk came up, and helped keep the interview very casual. They do like to know about your computer and excel background. I did not need to take an excel test like others have said they had to, due to my mentioning of excel work throughout college. But, they did ask a few questions about excel to find out where I fell with excel work, and my analytical skills. They also asked about my experience with dealing with customers on the phone, and what type of "people skills" you obtain from previous work. The position was an entry level natural gas associate position. They understand that not many people are going to have tons of experience in the energy industry, but to me it seemed liked they at least wanted to know you are interested and willing to learn. Overall, the interview took about an hour, it was very laid back interview, and got straight to the point.
