Initial interview was via telephone with the talent acquisition partner. Next was a face-to-face interview with a rotating panel of peers and more senior level employees in the Program Management Office. It was a somewhat relaxed interview environment. The interview questions were behavioral based, a lot of tell me about a time when you...., or how did you handle a situation like....

I applied on company website, recruiter reached out on Monday to schedule a video call with the hiring manager on Wednesday. Hiring Manager shared they were hiring 4 roles and forming a new team. General questions - tell me about yourself, a few situational questions - what would you do if... Manager seemed very interested, but it's been 3 weeks and they haven't even responded. I followed up with the recruiter- also no response. Trane Technology team was also participating in a career fair for women in manufacturing - while 12 other companies responded in chat- Trane didn't respond to me or other applicants. Not sure if they are aware of 2 way communication (respectfully)
