I was able to work with Marlowe during my interview process and she made it an amazing experience. I've applied for lots of jobs and have sometimes felt like just a nameless resumé, but my experience interviewing with Trainual was the exact opposite. I was communicated with at every turn, even if it was just a quick text to tell me they needed more time or they were waiting on something. The process was never intimidating or daunting, everyone I worked with truly kind and wanted to get to know me! There were 3-4 rounds of interviews, but the company is very intentional and it was really clear that wanted the right fit for the position as well as for me to right the find fit for an employer.

The interview process was very thoughtful, intentional, and a hands-on, interactive experience. It was great to meet so many different faces and slightly nerve racking to have the opportunity to do a mock project as part of the process. Everyone did a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable despite asking challenging yet applicable questions. Every step was communicated clearly and quickly so there were no questions or long follow up waiting times. It was not just your standard interview, they go above and beyond to find the right candidate. I appreciated entire process from beginning to end.
