The interview process was rigorous and thorough. There are several assessments to accomplish, including a typing test and evaluation on several skills they require for the job. After passing those assessments, they will inform you if you will move on to the interview process. The interview was done via Skype and the questions they ask are generally about your previous work experience and if you would fit the work-from-home setup they offer. Basically, the interview was done in order for you to explain further your answers to a previous questionnaire they sent for you to fill out.
