They ask you to complete a candidate form with basic information and about experience (e.g. years of experience with X technology). Then they send you an email to download a proctorizer and complete a code assessment. They say they will pay you for your time but they don't. Then you don't hear from them again, no feedback, no next steps and nothing else.
