Was led outside to a table. Two employees interviewed me and took notes. They were both very pleasant. I was asked how enthusiastic I am about food and what I have been eating lately. They explained a lot of the company culture.

Applied through website, got an email about the interview, then later a call. I sat in a room with 4 other candidates. Two managers came in to the interview and asked standard questions typical for an interview. It was no more than 15-20 minutes.

it was a great experience and the interviewers were very nice. It felt very conversational and I liked the process as a whole. love trader joe’s it is the best

Went to interview in chino hills, California. They literally told me to walk around the store until they were ready for me and I walked around for 15 minutes and nothing. So I left and then they tried to call me and say that they didn’t want to move forward because I LEFT. Even went as far as to ask me why I had to leave ? Because people have other things to do than be interviewed by rude disorganized people.
