Entrevista
It took me 2 weeks. I applied online, got email two days late to schedule first interview. I got 2nd interview and 3rd interview right after each interview. I had another offer from other company, so I told them that I need to know the result since I have to answer the other offer, but then they said they have to go through the process, and meet all the candidates. It will be up to me to decide if I take the other offer or wait. 3rd interview which is with captain told me that he will let me know within a week. so I decided to go with trader Joe's and waited, nothing happen. But then I saw that they placed new ads for the same position. so I called them, they said the captain is not here, will be back in 2 days. so I left a message for him. after that I went to their website that I applied and found out that I wasn't selected. Next day, I received the email from the captain. That he wish that he could offer me the job, but so many applicants with limited spots. This time I wasn't selected but he recommended me to put myself in possible hire for the future. Well. If there are not enough spots for me why do the place the add for the same job right after ? I turned other job offer down to hopefully getting this job, but ended up he didn't even contact me. If he contacted me early enough, I didn't need be out of job right now!!

It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
