Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Trader Joe's (New York, NY) en sept 2019

I went in-store (on a Saturday) to turn in my application but when I got there, I spoke to a mate and he said that they were only taking online applications so I went home and submitted the application. About 2 hours later, I got an email saying that they wanted to interview me, so I called to set up the interview. When I called, they said that the earliest interview they had was the following Friday at 6:30pm. That Friday, I walked in and told the mate that I was there for an interview and she said she would be right with me. A couple minutes later, she took me into a back room. The interview lasted about half an hour. She asked me a lot about my work experience as well as customer service experiences and stuff like that. Pretty generic for a retail interview. At the end of the interview, she told me that they would let me know in 7-10 days what the next step is whether I have to come in for another interview or if they wouldn't be proceeding with my application. The next day, I got a call telling me that I got the job.

It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
