Phone screening interview, then a week later, 3 in-office interviews on the same day. (I was flexible in changing my scheduled phone screening interview to a day later than planned as well). All interviews seemed to go well, and I felt a good connection with all of the people I interviewed with. The interviews were very conversational in nature, so there weren't many specific questions that I would add for the benefit of future applicants. Followed up via email with all 3 people I met with after my interviews and received no reply. Followed up again about a week later with the person who initially set up my interviews (the CFO - smaller company, no issue there). Followed up 2 more times every few weeks via LinkedIn with her (this was how she initially reached out to me and since email wasn't getting a response, I tried LinkedIn messages). Absolutely no reply - simply 'ghosted'. I understand businesses get busy, go through changes, etc. I find it both unprofessional and rude to not simply send a quick email to applicants indicating you've decided to go another route.
