Had a 1 hour interview with the iOS lead and a senior iOS engineer, who gave initial feedback right at the end. It focused on motivation, personal projects, technical thinking, product awareness, and my learning mindset. The questions were open ended and conversational, aimed at understanding how I think, learn, and work rather than solving leetcode problems. Communication throughout the process was very clear, the recruiter kept me in the loop, and at each stage everyone explained what the next step would be. Everything felt genuine and supportive. The process took 36 days total from my application to receiving the offer (I applied the day the job was posted) and left me excited to join. Highly recommend!
