Process is quite short, but a bit messy. HR interview was expeditive, around 10 min (which is nice and convenient), but the technical interview was not really structured. To give me the decision, HR called me and left a message. Then I had to call them back, but they were not available. All this back and forth to tell me I was not selected. I think this created a useless sense of suspense. This could have been an email.
