Entrevista
It's a group interview and i'm told they always are. your in a room with about ten to fifteen other people and human resources comes in and explains what its like working in the company, they provide a brief overview of specific instances in the job, and how to handle them, then they explain what they are looking for in an employee eg: team player, communication skills etc.. after that you are put into teams and told to build a toy out of lego's or k'nex toys and present your toy to the HR manager and explain what it is, what it does, and what age range it's intended for. after that you are each individually given a toy from the store picked at random it can be anything from a barbie doll to a telescope, and you're given five minutes to study that item, once time is up you need to try and "sell" that item to anyone in the room while your HR manager observes your techniques and how you implement company benefits knowledge and product knowledge. After that they call each individual in one by one and interview you with the store manager and HR manager. After that your either chosen for the job and get called in for training or you're not.
