Entrevista
The interview process was pretty easy and straight forward. Mostly asked about why you had an interest in the position you were applying for and how you heard about Towne. There was one phone interview and three in person interviews through-out the process that were about 30 minutes each. The best part about the process was that they were really straight forward about where they were in the process and what was expected for the position.

Phone Interview with HR then Virtual Interview with stakeholders. It lasted less than an hour and there were four people in the call including me. They asked several question and it was a good interview

Entrevista
The initial interview was a video interview which was a brief Q&A style setting. After I completed the video interview, I was invited to an in-person interview. The in-person interview was conversational, informative and I felt at ease during the entire process.

Entrevista
The first step was a web interview in which a series of questions were asked and a video response was recorded. The next step was an in person interview which was well structured and conversational. Carrie and Jud made me feel at ease during the entire process.
