I met the CEO at a job fair. First, they asked me to come to their company site for an interview and for an aptitude test. After that, I came for a second interview. Then they had me shadow one of their techs for a day - just walking around with him while he worked. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience and the position seemed genuinely interesting. However, they kept dragging their feet about giving me an answer as to whether or not I would get a position. After about two months, I found another position.
