There is first a half-hour interview with HR, who don't really know anything about coding. Then you get a culture interview to see if you are a good fit. Then you get a technical interview, where they review the app they have you make. Then you have an interview with managers asking about who you are.

I had to write a coding assignment that was relatively easy and inspiring. The assignment was easy. I went above and beyond and was ghosted afterward. No feedback and no response from recruiter. Unacceptable.
