Not difficult. Interviewer was very professional and friendly. It lasted about 30 minutes and provided important information like benefits, salary, set time for questions. Said they would have an answer in a week and a half and if I passed this phase I would have another in-person interview with the managers.

Introduction and softball character questions to start, then postion explanantion, followed by questions to assess client communication skills and conflict resolution. One of the two interviewers seemed bothered just being in the zoom call and conducting the interview. He made the interview process a bit uncomfortable.
