My first screening interview with the hiring manager went really well, great guy. However, I chose to withdraw after the second interview. It was clear that the business development team wasn’t interested in understanding me as a person or the experiences that shaped my career path. When I shared my background in competitive sports, a common driver of competitiveness and motivation in sales, they cut me off and said they “didn’t need to hear about that,” preferring to stick to generic, surface level interview questions. The way a company interviews tells you a lot about its culture, and based on that interaction, I decided not to move forward.

Phone screening is pretty standard with HR
Next interview was with the BDR manager, scenario based questions, more questions about work experience
The third interview was a panel, had to prepare a deck presentation and then answer further questions

It was easy and seamless. Made to feel comfortable the entire process. The interview was more of a conversation, and really connected with the hiring manager. The initial phone conversation was very informative and gave me great insight into what the company culture was all about

Entrevista
Initial phone call, followed by a 30 minute presentation to showcase your verbal and written communication. During the presentation, you will have to pitch TouchBistro and why potential customers should purchase their products.
