Entrevista
first step was a group drill to see the team work then second step was a self study assignment then the third step was the one on one interview. They evaluated based on these three steps.
Group Interview, with a great insight to the stadium. Learn about the structure and stewarding system. May be a few group tasks to practice the role but overall Tottenham Hotspur are very nice and understanding so if you do not have experience they’ll train you on the job.
