It was very long and vigorous. Made an application in July and final interview was in December . The application process was:
1. Application in their website
2. Aptitude test
3. Assessment center ( Full day affair)
4. 1st Physical interview
5. Psychometric Test
6. Final physical interview

The process was comprehensive with several interview steps. They also clearly communicated on the next stage after each interview. I had a good experience to the very last stage of the interviews.

2. Group activities-2nd Phase, includes case studies, team work, dilemma questions.
3. In-person interview-3rd phase
