aptitude test, technical, psychology line manager and HR base question and answer session. there was also a technical presentation done to the line managers of the project department. W e went into analysis of a major project site and determine its success and likely failure trends that might affect the project KPI. We made recommendations on qaulity and cost effective project delivery

Was a great interview. Good mix of technical and behavioral questions. Practical test task. Interviewers were friendly. Questions were average provided you are well experienced. No discussion of salary package.
