Go through first initial interview with recruiter to talk about past employment, hobbies, job description etc. Then they bring you in for second and go over more of job description and more in depth interview questions, then meet for final interview.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.
