I applied online and then two days later I got a phone call call from a recruiter. She asked me a few questions and everything was going good. Then I think I threw her off when I said I would continue looking at other companies if they could not start me for over three weeks. I clarified it to be on informative basis only.

Screening call, phone interview and then shadow interview offer. Had to pause because I am moving but appreciated the recruiters time in helping me learn more about the position. If I move calmly I may do the shadowing session to learn more and possibly consider the job.

Smooth interview process, First interview was over the phone, second was in person and also completed a job shadow. Super friendly and welcoming. Very nice work environment. They are in the process of moving to a permanent location but the setup wasn't sloppy or unorganized.
