Phone interview with a recruiter. She was nice, but the interview is pretty standard. A lot of questions based off resume. Behavioral questions. She wasn't very engaging, as her job is strictly to "take notes" which means write down everything you say.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
