Interviewed with TQL in Jan, 2012. Had a phone interview that was fairly long, but consisted of questions for me as well as lots of information about the position. Went in the next week for an interview in the office. There were assignments to complete before coming into the office. Not too difficult, but have to do some research. Came in and took a test on the states' abbreviations, a company history test, and a typing test. Also watched short video on the computer about the position. Then shadowed two people already working there. Next was a sit down interview with the recruiting person in the office and a sit down with the General Manager of the office.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
