it was a two part interview one with the store general manager and the second the assistant general manager.they also do background check.. the whole process took a few weeks, interview was easy . make sure you research tory burch and her company. dont wear lots of make up or have crazy nail color on your nails.be honest be your self. look professional. make sure you know your resume and past experince and be ready to sell something to the managers.

I have never felt so disrespected by a company. The entire interview lasted only 10 minutes via Microsoft Teams, and I was asked just two questions by the General Manager of the Avalon location. It felt completely rushed because they were preparing to open the store the following week and had posted the job just a week prior. Immediately after the interview, I received a rejection email. There was no point in contacting me if they were unprepared and intended to waste my time.
