Got call from HR. Interview scheduled on time. HR was very unprofessional. Sent email,SMS, called on Phone asking for feedback but got no reply. Interview Process - 2 Rounds 1st Round Technical Senior programmer took - Java Basic - Cleared 2nd Round Technical - Architect took - I am an Architect myself. I know what I am speaking on. Interviewer was finding it so difficult to frame the questions. I was expecting some architect/design level questions to test my skill. Interviewers should be given training on how to take interviews for senior people. I answered all questions but was dissapointed with the process.
