But this is where the fun part stopped. After submitting the home assignment i did not hear from the company for almost a month, at which point i was contacted by a HR representative to inform me that the position i was applying for was already in the final stage of being negociated with another person, but that they regret the fact that i was not contacted sooner. That, coupled with the fact that after the initial contact it took 4 months to get contacted, makes me believe that the entire interview process for these guys leaves a lot to be desired.
