Entrevista
The process is exactly the same as it's described on their website. First a brief interview, then an automated coding test on codility: 3 tasks for 90 minutes, ranging from medium to very difficult. Then live coding test with fairly simple coding tasks, and lastly test project with quite unspecific requirements, but those which are exact should be met perfectly by a solution

Technical Interview
It was a negative experience, despite having won the initial timed test, in the technical interview, my interviewer was not very objective, he initially told me that there would be two tasks to be solved and after observing the solution of my first task, he told me that I could not pass, I had to try in two years, and I should acquire more professional experience, I honestly feel that the interviews are not entirely objective, I have 4 years developing software with large companies and important clients, I do not believe that measuring professional experience through the solution of problems that are not real life is the correct address to find talent.
