I was contacted by their so called vendor who invested time to arrange the interview schedule and all, tried helping with the arrangements. When I visited their Okhla phase 3 office, I could see in a big workplace building they have taken basement for running this particular branch. All the teams from HR to finances to callers all jumbled up and hotchpotch. No management seemed soothingly working. I ignored the facts and thought of giving the interview, I waited and there were no proper arrangements of reception too to sit. For a very few openings they invited 50s of people and candidates coming all across to try their opportunity. To meet the given slot of 12pm I came sharp(can check register) but I waited first for resume to be taken by the lady in hizab. She then asked to sit inside where more like 20 people sitting for their turn and around 10 standing. Such management have no courtesy to offer seats to those standing. I ignored and waited for my turn, hour passed talking with fellow candidates. I waited and surprised to see that some people who just arrived are given slots for interview and people sitting for hours are awaited. Then after two hours been called for HR round. In my seven years of experience I never saw such unprofessional and rude HR, who didn’t even look at me while questions, she had very basic four questions as if she is just tired or bored of her work and kind of ignored the fact that we invest the whole day, our money, time and energy for this. I ignored and sat for next round. Waiting continued and again I see people coming very recently goes for second round, I ignored and waited. It’s 4:30pm now and I am empty stomach as didn’t have lunch. There is no courtesy to ask for water, tea or lunch. I ignored but couldn’t wait asking the HR around. She says interviewer is busy and next will be you. I kept hearing same couple of times and wild card entries were happening yet. I ignored and waited. Finally came my turn as I was the last waiting, entered the room was greeted poorly, I smiled and greeted professionally. Pawan asked me about myself I told beautifully, he gets busy on his Apple laptop and phone without even giving notice to what I was saying, asked for 5 min and went out. I understood, it was just my mind’s calmness which asked me to have trust and don’t think that they are unprofessional and the match was already fixed. I waited and he came, asks to tell the same intro again, with double enthusiasm I told, he began asked situation which needs to be catered in this job, I answered beautifully, he couldn’t have further questions, sees WhatsApp and says HR team will connect you if any more questions. When I went out tried reaching a few people with whom I exchanged numbers and their answer was same experience. Hence it proofs the level of unprofessionally done practice (available for scrutiny and face to face discussion if anyone has questions) .
