Takes several hours but the actual interview is not more than 3 minutes. They ask you only 3 questions, two of them are kind of wacky I guess they want to see your creativity and personality more than anything. Going for a busboy/food runner position there's not much skill required so they are probably looking for more outgoing/funny people to fill the position as you do have to deal with customers a lot.
