Open hiring event. Sign up and go prepared for an extremely lax and unique interview unlike any other. You can wear shorts and hats. Dress comfortable because you will be doing a lot of moving and upbeat activities.
Walk in and listen to music, play games, and mingle with other potential new hires. Then let the activities begin!

At first you go to a group interview then after you go to an individual interview with a bunch of the managers and then you do a trial run and then you get more practice as you go. They were nice and helpful.

This is not a typical interview process be warned. I received a call for a group “hiring event” with games and dancing, followed by quick speed dating style interviewing. It is a couple hours long too.

Interview was a group activity that lasted 2 hours just to be told they don’t intend on offering me a server job and offering a lower paying bussing job instead.
