The interview begins at the facility with high-fives. As soon as you tell them that you are coming in for a job, everyone moves away for you. You fill out a slip of paper basically telling them who you are, what you want to do, and when you can work. Then you hop into what's best described as a multi-generational rave. The managers are all dressed up, and it's clearly supposed to loosen you up a bit. Take time to talk to them - they all have comment cards and everyone has a name tag. It's a very personal interview. The group is then split up into two smaller groups - one goes out and plays, you guessed it, TopGolf; the other splits into tables and brainstorms an "event." There is virtually no pressure at all, they want to see you having a good time however you can. The actual interview is literally 3 minutes long. You have 30 seconds to tell the managers what your schedule is, another 30 to tell them where you worked before, and 120 seconds to "pitch yourself" to them however you'd like. Some danced, some sang, and one guy just stared down the panel. It's not a typical interview. If you're naturally quiet and not a Type-A, you'll find it stressful. But most everyone gets an offer of some sort - when I interviewed, I knew within an hour.

First round: fun/goofy/light hearted questions. Ex. What’s your favorite cereal? Second round: resume/relevant experience. Ex. Tell us about your service experience. Third round: Free 90 seconds to sell/express yourself. Some people talk about themselves, some people dance. They wanna see that you can carry conversation/have the personality to belong there and be personable/likeable. Final: Mock service.
