I was first given a writing test on a product of my choosing. A 25-minute phone interview was the next step, focusing on the position and my interest. Finally, there was an in-person interview that also lasted about 25 minutes where we went over my experience and feelings about specifically what was being asked of the position. It took almost a month after that for me to get an email back saying I was not being offered the job.
