It was a tedious process but very rewarding. They are very thorough and consistent with follow through. They really take the time to get to know who they are reviewing.

The hiring manager was very pleasant and easy to speak with. I got the impression that it’s important they find a perfect fit and that they may have hired the wrong person in the past. I was asked quite a bit more questions than I’ve experienced in the past. They were really digging deep. Be prepared or they might throw you. But overall i feel like whoever they hire they will definitely value and want to help to develop them further.
