Was interviewed by Ross Tomson, the interview went very good and was laid back. Was told that he would contact me within a few days and he did. The job was not offered to me because he said that my experience compared to the other candidates was lacking. The only thing that bothered me is the fact that he had my resume before I came in for the interview and his current Sales professional has a drilling back ground which has nothing to do with the technical aspects of what Tomson Technologies do. What I did notice is the lack of diversity at Tomson Technologies which isn't nothing new to me, but to say that my experience isn't up to part when you obviously trained your sales guy sounds like a generic answer to me.
