The interviews were divided into four parts: - 1st round of interview - 2 lengthy tasks that took almost a week to complete - 2nd round of interview discussing salary. The interviewer did not discuss the task at all. The interviewer did not go through my portfolio or CV thoroughly before interviewing. I was hired and was interested in the company because of the amazing task provided. The job for which I was hired had nothing in common with the humongous task they got out of me. They could have done without that task and waste half a month in deciding whether to keep me or not .
