The interview process was three stages with 6 different people. The recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, then stakeholder interviews with peers and other stakeholders. The hiring manager interview and two peer interviews were 45 minutes long. The two stakeholder interviews were 30 minutes long. They like to do them over a period of one or two days, which takes a good chunk of time.
