Lots of back and forth, delays and being strung along. Interviewers seemed unfamiliar with my resume and qualifications and didn’t introduce themselves/their role in the organization (would you be my manager? My coworker? I had to piece together a lot of information myself). Also swapped out interviewers at the last minute. A longer process than it should have been. After being told I was probably overqualified (was fine with this, just wanted in) I received not one but two identical decline offers via email (unmonitored email address form letter) a week apart after working extensively with their in house recruiter.

I’m so sorry about this. From what you’re describing, it sounds like the interview process was a mess and we clearly failed to set you up for success. The interview process was very thorough and timely. They responded to my emails quickly and kept the schedule tight so I wasn't waiting weeks between interviews. There were 3 rounds of interview total.

Entrevista
Working with HR was the highlight of my process. A big shout out to Neil Andrews for being so engaging and responsive throughout the whole process. I had a phone HR interview, phone interview with a hiring manager, and a 2 hour in person interview before getting an offer. There was a case study portion which I enjoyed as it gave me a sense of what the day to day activities of the job would entail. Unfortunately salary was the deciding factor that I had to turn down the opportunity.
