I had a 1 hour phone screen with the Recruiter. She asked questions about my background and specifically about my experience working in a start up high tech environment. She was very open about the company - it's strengths and growth opportunities - and was forthright about the compensation package. She kept in touch and updated me several times during a 4-5 week period. When she told me that they had chosen another candidate, she handled it very well.
