Entrevista
I applied online through Stack Overflow's career website. They responded back with two documents. One was a basic C#/Development Cycle knowledge test the other was kinda of like a personality gauge style questionnaire.
I quickly did the knowledge test and questionnaire. They replied back within the week saying they went with another candidate. No feedback on why I wasn't chosen. Overall, it was a decent experience and it is always nice to get some feedback even though the feedback was not getting the job :)
The last question was my hourly rate. I had to put a number down that would be greater than what I was currently making (plus benefits) ... because why I would change jobs and work for less?? I'm guessing they didn't like my answer to that question. Their loss not mine :)
