Speedy process. The first step is HR talks, the second is the technical screen. Then the final step is the Hire manager call. Overall, it is very professional, and smooth.

Background, full stack related technical questions, culture fit
Met with recruiter who is the main person you meet at the office. Super conceited attitude. Gazed at me silently every time I answered his questions. When I caught he made a mistake explaining something, he would start bragging about his kids and his own accomplishments. He then degraded me due to his insecurities working in the same position for 30 years. It shows. I'd rather work for a kid, than a conceited guy who has nothing to show for. I feel sorry for the engineers here. Seems like they have a high turnout rate. Pay is extremely low, better to work in retail.
