Interview process was basically just finding out what my interest were and where I would like to work. We talked about all the different areas that Tinker AFB had to offer and came to a mutual decision as to where I should be placed.

The interviews were conducted in a room with different people to interview that represented different squadrons within the 76th Software Engineering Group. The different groups that you could interview for included the 555th - 559th Software Engineering Squadron.

Applied through a university recruting email. Went to a hiring event and was given a 20 minute interview with a recruiter. Was given a written exam over circuit analysis.

Entrevista
I was invited to come out to a hiring event where I interviewed with a half dozen or so teams with the group. It was a somewhat relaxed atmosphere and we had some leeway with who we interviewed with. After the interviews those that were new graduates did a quick skills check in the form of a short written test.
