If a candidate is not moved forward at the submission stage, follow-up communication is handled by the recruiting agency.
When a candidate is submitted and their qualifications align with the role, our team reaches out directly to begin the interview process.
Once a candidate speaks with our internal recruiting team or interviews with a TimelyCare team member, we pride ourselves on providing timely, personalized follow-up regardless of the outcome.
Candidate experience and communication remain extremely important to TimelyCare's internal recruitment team. We provide status updates throughout the process to ensure candidates remain informed and engaged.
