I went in for a two day ski clinic they held to evaluate my skiing and go over how to teach a class in the proper format. I arrived on a Saturday morning and met with one of the higher up ski instructors. After some talk inside we moved out to the hill where he helped me with some of my technique and we started to review the format for a lesson. Then on Sunday morning we reviewed the format and Sunday afternoon they shadowed me doing a lesson. At the end of Sunday he told me I was hired, and that he decided that on Saturday, but that he wanted to verify that Sunday went well (which he said he knew it would).
