I had a phone interview for the role of content moderator and I’m happy I’ll never have to deal with TikTok again. The interviewer asked me if I was comfortable in watching violence and child abuse videos and nearly laughed at me when I expressed my worries towards such sensitive subjects (please note that I wasn’t asked if I was aware that some sensitive videos might be updated but stressed the fact that being a content moderator was only about that). Then I was asked wether I would prefer morning or night shifts, and again I was almost laughed at when I gave a day shift preference. Very unpleasant experience

Very fast, clear and helpful TA team throughout entire process. The TA in charge of me was very supportive and guided me through my interview work process to ensure that I was updated throughout the entire process

Easy and smooth process. 4 stages interviews so be ready to WAIT as it’s a very long process, I think it was a couple of months for me before I got the offer.
