Basic no-frills interview. Sat with different teams prior to being accepted into the company. Had no perceptions of my future colleagues (wish I had, though). The people who interviewed me seemed to be alright. They are looking for experienced candidates. Potential may go wasted as training in the company does not exist. There are plenty of mismatched positions in the organization. Also, education is considered to be meaningless. There are many people in the company who have no degrees.
