You have 6 minutes to complete the following task. Below, you'll find a list of job candidates that need to
be organized and processed according to our data retention policy.
You must type your organized results, demonstrating your ability to categorize information and apply
company policies accurately.
Your Tasks:
1. Categorize each candidate into the appropriate category:
○ Category A: Engineering candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, QA,
etc.)
○ Category B: SG&A candidates (HR, Finance, Operations, Admin, etc.)
○ Category C: Go-to-Market candidates (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Account
Management, Customer Success, Product Marketing, etc.)
2. Determine discard date based on our retention policy:
○ Interviewed candidates: Discard information 2 years after interview date
○ Not interviewed candidates: Discard information 6 months after application date
○ IMPORTANT: If the retention deadline has already passed based on today's date, mark the
discard date as "DISCARD NOW" to indicate immediate action is required
